Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.
Last updated: July 2026This Privacy Policy explains how ICOMCHAIN LTD ("KantiGlow", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit or place an order on kantiglow.co.uk. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data, and we handle it in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Our privacy at a glance
We only ask for what we need — and we never store your card details.
As an online shop, we collect the basic customer details we need to process and deliver your order — such as your name, contact details and shipping & billing address.
We do not store your payment card details. When you pay, your card information is captured and stored securely by our payment provider — not by us. We never see or keep your full card number.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run our shop, fulfil your orders and support you as a customer:
Identity & contact
Your name, email address and phone number, so we can process your order and keep you updated.
Order & address
Your billing and shipping address and the details of the products you order, for billing and delivery.
Technical & usage
Basic device, browser and cookie data collected automatically when you browse our website.
Payment information. Card and payment details are entered directly with our payment provider at checkout and are stored and processed by them under their own security standards. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with limited details such as the payment method type and the last few digits — never your full card number.
How & why we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and take payment through our payment provider.
- Communicate with you about your order, returns, refunds and customer support enquiries.
- Manage our relationship with you and keep records required for accounting and tax.
- Improve, secure and maintain our website and prevent fraud or misuse.
- Send you marketing about similar products — only where you've agreed or where the law allows, and you can opt out at any time.
Our legal bases for using your data are: performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), legitimate interests (to run and improve our shop securely), legal obligation (e.g. keeping tax records), and consent (e.g. marketing emails and non-essential cookies).
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted partners who help us run our shop, and only as far as needed:
- Payment providers — to securely process your payment (they store your card details, we don't).
- Delivery & courier partners — to deliver your order to your address.
- Website hosting & IT providers — who host our site and keep it running securely.
- Professional & legal advisers, or authorities — where we're legally required to share information.
All partners are required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work, remember your basket, understand how the site is used, and — with your consent — for analytics and marketing. Essential cookies are always on; non-essential cookies are only used if you agree. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Marketing choices
We'll only send you marketing emails where you've opted in or where permitted by law for similar products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us — and we'll stop right away. Opting out of marketing won't affect service messages about your orders.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it — to fulfil your order, provide support, and meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations (order and transaction records are typically kept for at least 6 years). When we no longer need it, we securely delete or anonymise it.
How we protect your data
Our website uses secure (SSL/HTTPS) encryption, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Because we don't store your card details ourselves, your most sensitive payment data stays with specialist, security-certified payment providers.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

Changes to this policy
