Himalayan shilajit in its original resin form, certified organic ashwagandha and tribulus. The resin is the part that needs a little explaining, so most of the instructions below are about that — it is not a capsule and it is not taken like one.

How to take it, day to day
Morning
- Himalayan Shilajit Resin — A pea-sized amount — roughly 300mg — dissolved in a mug of warm water or warm milk. Stir until it disperses. Use the spoon in the jar, not your fingers.
- Tribulus (Gokshura) — 1 capsule with breakfast.
Evening
- Organic Ashwagandha — 1 tablet after your evening meal.
Timing conventions in Ayurveda are conventions, not rules. The single thing that matters most is taking it at the same time each day, because that is the routine you will actually keep. Always follow the recommended daily portion printed on each individual pack, and never exceed it.
Your 90-day course
We have written this kit as a course rather than a pile of bottles. The point of adding products one at a time is simple: if something does not agree with you, you know exactly which one it was.
- Days 1 to 10 — shilajit only, and start smaller. Use a half pea-sized amount in warm water each morning. Shilajit tastes strongly of smoke and earth and it is unlike anything else in the range, so give yourself ten days to get used to it before adding anything.
- Days 11 to 25 — full shilajit dose, add the ashwagandha. Go to a pea-sized amount in the morning, and one ashwagandha tablet after your evening meal.
- Days 26 to 90 — add the tribulus. One capsule with breakfast, alongside the shilajit.
- Day 90 — review. The 20g resin jar is the item most people reorder first. It is available as a Monthly Plan at one, two or three jars at a time.
How long the kit lasts, and when to reorder
The 20g resin jar is roughly 60 servings at a pea-sized dose. The ashwagandha and tribulus run about 60 days each. The kit lasts roughly two months on the full routine.
Every product in this kit is also sold on its own, and most are available as a Monthly Plan — one, two or three months at a time, at a lower price per pack. Once you know what you are keeping, that is usually the cheaper way to continue.
Nutrition information
No authorised nutrition or health claim applies to the products in this kit, so we have not made one. What follows is what each one is, where it comes from, and how it is prepared.
Under UK law we may only state nutrition and health claims that appear on the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims Register, and those claims belong to the specific nutrient rather than to the product as a whole. Where a kit contains no nutrient with an authorised claim, we say so rather than implying something we are not permitted to state. Everything else on this page describes what the ingredients are, where they come from and how they are traditionally prepared.
The ingredients, in detail
Himalayan Shilajit Resin (Asphaltum / shilajit)
Part used: Purified resin. When it is taken: Morning, in warm water.
Not a plant at all. Shilajit is a mineral-rich exudate that seeps from rock in the Himalaya in the summer months, collected and purified. Resin is the traditional form and the one experienced buyers look for; it is sticky, very dark and tastes strongly of smoke and earth. A pea-sized amount dissolved in warm water or milk is a serving. Ask us for the batch heavy-metal certificate before you order if you would like to see it.
Organic Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
Part used: Root. When it is taken: Evening, after food.
Certified organic root, pressed into a 670mg tablet. Ashwagandha is one of the most widely cultivated herbs in India and its Sanskrit name translates roughly as the smell of a horse, a reference to the strong scent of the fresh root. In the tradition it is prepared as a powder and stirred into warm milk at the end of the day.
Tribulus (Gokshura) (Tribulus terrestris)
Part used: Fruit. When it is taken: Morning, with food.
Known in Sanskrit as gokshura, meaning cow’s hoof, after the shape of the spiny fruit. A low-growing plant found across India.
Questions people ask
How do I actually use the resin?
Take a pea-sized amount on the spoon provided, drop it into a mug of warm — not boiling — water or milk, and stir until it dissolves. It will not dissolve in cold water. Do not use your fingers; it is extremely sticky.
Why resin rather than capsules?
Resin is the traditional form and it is what experienced buyers look for. Capsules are more convenient but the resin is the real article.
Can I see the lab testing?
Yes — ask us and we will send you the batch heavy-metal certificate for the jar you are buying. Shilajit is a mineral product and testing is the thing that matters most about it.
How is buying the kit different from buying the products separately?
You get exactly the same sealed retail packs — nothing is decanted or repackaged — for £11.97 less. You also get the routine and the 90-day plan above, which is the part most people actually want.
What if I miss a day?
Take it as normal the next day. Do not double up to catch up.
Can I take this alongside other supplements?
Usually, but check the labels for overlapping ingredients so you are not taking two of the same thing. If in doubt, speak to a pharmacist.
Can I take this if I am on medication?
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any food supplement if you take prescribed medication, or if you are under medical supervision. We are not able to advise on interactions.
Where do these products come from?
All of them are made in India by established manufacturers and shipped to us in the UK. Each pack carries its own manufacturer, batch code and best-before date, which you can read on the pack when it arrives.
Is everything in the kit vegetarian?
Check each individual pack, which carries its own full ingredient list and allergen declaration. Capsule shells vary by manufacturer.
How is the kit delivered?
As separate sealed retail packs in one parcel, shipped from India to your UK address.
