A high-strength curcumin, a liposomal vitamin C with amla, and a certified organic giloy. All three are taken in the morning, which makes this the easiest routine in the range: one glass of water, one moment, done.

How to take it, day to day
Morning
- Liposomal Vitamin C with Amla — 1 capsule with breakfast.
- Curcumin — 1 capsule with breakfast. Curcumin is fat-soluble, so take it with food that contains some fat rather than on an empty stomach.
- Giloy (Guduchi) — 1 capsule with breakfast.
Timing conventions in Ayurveda are conventions, not rules. The single thing that matters most is taking it at the same time each day, because that is the routine you will actually keep. Always follow the recommended daily portion printed on each individual pack, and never exceed it.
Your 90-day course
We have written this kit as a course rather than a pile of bottles. The point of adding products one at a time is simple: if something does not agree with you, you know exactly which one it was.
- Days 1 to 7 — start with the vitamin C. One capsule with breakfast. It is the gentlest thing in the kit and the one with the clearest nutrition information, so it is a sensible first step.
- Days 8 to 21 — add the curcumin. Take it with the same meal. If you can, have it with something containing fat — yoghurt, eggs, nuts, milk. This is not a modern trick; the Indian kitchen has always cooked turmeric into ghee and milk for the same reason.
- Days 22 to 90 — add the giloy. All three now go with breakfast together. Total time commitment: about ten seconds a day.
- Day 90 — review. Keep what you want to keep. The curcumin and the vitamin C are both available as Monthly Plans at one, two or three months at a time.
How long the kit lasts, and when to reorder
The curcumin runs 90 days at one a day, the vitamin C and giloy about 60 days each. Following the staged start above, the kit lasts roughly two to three months.
Every product in this kit is also sold on its own, and most are available as a Monthly Plan — one, two or three months at a time, at a lower price per pack. Once you know what you are keeping, that is usually the cheaper way to continue.
Nutrition information
Contains vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal collagen formation, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Under UK law we may only state nutrition and health claims that appear on the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims Register, and those claims belong to the specific nutrient rather than to the product as a whole. Where a kit contains no nutrient with an authorised claim, we say so rather than implying something we are not permitted to state. Everything else on this page describes what the ingredients are, where they come from and how they are traditionally prepared.
The ingredients, in detail
Curcumin (Curcuma longa)
Part used: Rhizome extract. When it is taken: Morning, with food.
A high-strength extract standardised for curcuminoids, the yellow compounds in turmeric root. Curcumin is fat-soluble and poorly absorbed on its own, which is why the tradition always pairs turmeric with black pepper and a fat such as ghee or milk.
Liposomal Vitamin C with Amla (Ascorbic acid + Emblica officinalis)
Part used: Nutrient + fruit. When it is taken: Morning, with food.
Vitamin C in a liposomal delivery, with amla (Indian gooseberry) alongside. Amla is the fruit the Ayurvedic tradition builds most of its preparations around, and is one of the richest natural food sources of vitamin C.
Giloy (Guduchi) (Tinospora cordifolia)
Part used: Stem. When it is taken: Morning.
A climbing shrub whose stem is the part used. Its Sanskrit name amrita means nectar. Certified organic and grown on Organic India’s own farms in Uttar Pradesh.
Questions people ask
Can I take all three at the same moment?
Yes. They are taken together with breakfast and there is no reason to space them out.
Why does the curcumin need to be taken with food?
Curcumin is fat-soluble and absorbs poorly in water alone. Taking it with a meal that has some fat in it is the whole reason the traditional preparation is turmeric cooked into milk or ghee, and why black pepper is always in the mix.
How is buying the kit different from buying the products separately?
You get exactly the same sealed retail packs — nothing is decanted or repackaged — for £10.97 less. You also get the routine and the 90-day plan above, which is the part most people actually want.
What if I miss a day?
Take it as normal the next day. Do not double up to catch up.
Can I take this alongside other supplements?
Usually, but check the labels for overlapping ingredients so you are not taking two of the same thing. If in doubt, speak to a pharmacist.
Can I take this if I am on medication?
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any food supplement if you take prescribed medication, or if you are under medical supervision. We are not able to advise on interactions.
Where do these products come from?
All of them are made in India by established manufacturers and shipped to us in the UK. Each pack carries its own manufacturer, batch code and best-before date, which you can read on the pack when it arrives.
Is everything in the kit vegetarian?
Check each individual pack, which carries its own full ingredient list and allergen declaration. Capsule shells vary by manufacturer.
How is the kit delivered?
As separate sealed retail packs in one parcel, shipped from India to your UK address.
