Chyawanprash in tablet form, a liposomal vitamin C with amla, and our own tulsi, amla and giloy blend. Built for the colder months, and the kit we would pick as a gift — it is the most recognisably Ayurvedic thing we sell.

How to take it, day to day
Morning
- Chyawanprash Tablets — Follow the daily portion on the pack, with breakfast. Traditionally chyawanprash is eaten first thing.
- Liposomal Vitamin C with Amla — 1 capsule with breakfast.
- Tulsi, Amla and Giloy — 1 capsule with breakfast.
Timing conventions in Ayurveda are conventions, not rules. The single thing that matters most is taking it at the same time each day, because that is the routine you will actually keep. Always follow the recommended daily portion printed on each individual pack, and never exceed it.
Your 90-day course
We have written this kit as a course rather than a pile of bottles. The point of adding products one at a time is simple: if something does not agree with you, you know exactly which one it was.
- Days 1 to 7 — chyawanprash only. With breakfast, following the pack. This is the heart of the kit and the preparation the whole tradition is best known for.
- Days 8 to 21 — add the vitamin C. Same meal. Amla appears in both the chyawanprash and the vitamin C, which is not an accident — it is the fruit the tradition builds around.
- Days 22 onwards — add the KantiGlow blend. One capsule with breakfast. All three now go together.
- Through the season. In India chyawanprash is a winter habit rather than a course — a spoonful every morning from roughly October to March. This kit is sized to run through most of that.
How long the kit lasts, and when to reorder
Roughly 60 days on the full routine, depending on the chyawanprash daily portion.
Every product in this kit is also sold on its own, and most are available as a Monthly Plan — one, two or three months at a time, at a lower price per pack. Once you know what you are keeping, that is usually the cheaper way to continue.
Nutrition information
Contains vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal collagen formation, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C also increases iron absorption.
Under UK law we may only state nutrition and health claims that appear on the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims Register, and those claims belong to the specific nutrient rather than to the product as a whole. Where a kit contains no nutrient with an authorised claim, we say so rather than implying something we are not permitted to state. Everything else on this page describes what the ingredients are, where they come from and how they are traditionally prepared.
The ingredients, in detail
Chyawanprash Tablets (Amla-based classical preparation)
Part used: Multi-herb. When it is taken: Morning.
Chyawanprash is the best-known preparation in the entire Ayurvedic tradition, named after the sage Chyavana. It is an amla-fruit base cooked with dozens of herbs, ghee and honey, and it is eaten by the spoonful across India through the winter. This is the tablet version, which skips the sugar and the sticky spoon.
Liposomal Vitamin C with Amla (Ascorbic acid + Emblica officinalis)
Part used: Nutrient + fruit. When it is taken: Morning, with food.
Vitamin C in a liposomal delivery, with amla (Indian gooseberry) alongside. Amla is the fruit the Ayurvedic tradition builds most of its preparations around, and is one of the richest natural food sources of vitamin C.
Tulsi, Amla and Giloy (Ocimum sanctum + Emblica officinalis + Tinospora cordifolia)
Part used: Leaf, fruit, stem. When it is taken: Morning.
Our own KantiGlow Selection blend of three of the most widely used herbs in Indian households, in one capsule.
Questions people ask
What is chyawanprash?
An amla-fruit base cooked with dozens of herbs, ghee and honey, named after the sage Chyavana. It is the best-known preparation in Ayurveda and is eaten by the spoonful across India through the winter. This is the tablet version, which skips the sugar and the sticky spoon.
Is this a good gift?
It is the one we would choose. It is recognisably Ayurvedic, it needs no explanation to anyone with an Indian household, and it arrives as three sealed retail packs rather than something decanted.
How is buying the kit different from buying the products separately?
You get exactly the same sealed retail packs — nothing is decanted or repackaged — for £11.97 less. You also get the routine and the 90-day plan above, which is the part most people actually want.
What if I miss a day?
Take it as normal the next day. Do not double up to catch up.
Can I take this alongside other supplements?
Usually, but check the labels for overlapping ingredients so you are not taking two of the same thing. If in doubt, speak to a pharmacist.
Can I take this if I am on medication?
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any food supplement if you take prescribed medication, or if you are under medical supervision. We are not able to advise on interactions.
Where do these products come from?
All of them are made in India by established manufacturers and shipped to us in the UK. Each pack carries its own manufacturer, batch code and best-before date, which you can read on the pack when it arrives.
Is everything in the kit vegetarian?
Check each individual pack, which carries its own full ingredient list and allergen declaration. Capsule shells vary by manufacturer.
How is the kit delivered?
As separate sealed retail packs in one parcel, shipped from India to your UK address.
