Vyosha is the classical Sanskrit name for trikatu, Ayurveda’s famous three pungents: shunthi (dried ginger), maricha (black pepper) and pippali (long pepper). Vyoshadi vati grinds this warming trio with companion ingredients – classically in a jaggery base – and presses the blend into a vati that tradition lets dissolve gradually in the mouth.
